Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Materials Company Successfully Develops Ultra-High Impact High-Flow Specialty Material PPB MP15/M28

Oriental Energy's sales team, in collaboration with the polypropylene R&D and production team of Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Materials Company, conducted visits to downstream compounders and researched industry demands. Based on downstream modification characteristics, they optimized the process and formulation, successfully developing two ultra-high impact, high-flow specialty materials for automotive components - PPB MP15/M28, with a melt flow rate of 15g/10min, ethylene content of approximately 11.5%, and impact strength reaching up to 55kJ/m². As one of the few domestic enterprises utilizing INEOS technology for mass production of high-impact copolymer polypropylene, Oriental Energy's products demonstrate excellent performance and stable quality. The rigidity and toughness indicators fully meet the requirements for premium-grade products in enterprise standards, with parameters such as toughness surpassing competing products in the market.
