As the world's leading trading house of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in physical and derivatives trading, the company has established strong strategic partnerships with many major LPG producers and suppliers around the world and actively participates in international trade, with the annual trade volume ranked among the world's top. The sufficient trade resources guarantee the supply of raw materials for the production of the Group’s factories and provide a solid foundation for the development of the C3 Industry Chain.
Over the years, through the increasing synergy between the domestic team and the Singapore team, the company has advanced functional adjustment and business restructure, accelerated system optimisation and integration of operations, and achieved a double-effect improvement in efficiency and effectiveness, together with the synergistic operation of physical trading, derivatives trading and logistics, which has not only succeeded in generating profits for the Group but has also accumulated an improved operational model and experience for further system optimisation and integration of operations. Meanwhile, the shipping and distribution teams repeatedly collaborated to create eye-catching annual operating results and revenue. In the current competitive environment of the propane dehydrogenation (PDH) industry, the Singapore team has worked closely with the domestic team to reduce the procurement and operating costs of the plant through the integration of procurement, distribution, trading, logistics and derivatives trading, and to help the Group maintain its competitiveness and comparative advantage in the industry through the deployment of resources, shipment and cargo coordination, and hedging of derivatives trading while generating profits from the market operations.
In addition to oil and gas, the company has built a strong presence in the international polymers trading market. Since its inception, the polymers team in Singapore has achieved consistent year-on-year growth in trading volumes across PE, PP, PVC, and PET. With a strategic focus on key markets, the team has successfully expanded their footprint across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Beyond exporting the Group’s PP to various regions, the trading team collaborates with industry peers to secure long-term supply agreements and strengthen partnerships with leading market players. Committed to innovation and operational excellence, the team continue to deepen relationships with key customers and suppliers while driving growth in the global polymers trade.
