Adhering to the philosophy of green and sustainable development, Orietal Energy Co., Ltd. ("Oriental Energy") is committed to manufacturcing high-end carbon fiber and composite materials. Leveraging its carbon fiber technology patents, the company has established the Carbon Fiber Industrial Park, marking its high-standard entry into the carbon fiber industry. Through continuous technological innovation,Oriental Energy drives product quality enhancement, striving to deliver more efficient solutions and produce cost-competitive, high-performance carbon fiber for its customers.
Lightweight: Density is 1/4 that of steel
High Strength: Tensile strength is 5–10 times greater than steel.
Corrosion Resistance: Withstands acids, alkalis, salt spray, and harsh environments.
Design Flexibility: Tailorable performance through weaving and composite processes.
Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is a fibrous carbon material with a carbon content exceeding 90% by weight. It is produced by carbonizing polyacrylonitrile fibers in an inert gas environment at high temperatures. Carbon fiber exhibits the highest specific strength and specific modulus among high-performance fibers. In addition to exceptional mechanical properties, it offers advantages such as low density, high strength, high modulus, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low electrical resistivity, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and radiation resistance. It is a critical reinforcement material for advanced composites in automotive, construction, and other industries.
