Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Materials Co., Ltd. Holds Safety Production Month Skills Competition

On June 4, the company held a Safety Committee meeting and the kickoff ceremony for the Safety Production Month, where the activity plan was presented and explained. All engineers and above-level personnel attended the meeting.

The skills competition was closely aligned with the company’s actual safety production needs, featuring events such as a three-person, two-hose relay water discharge target drill, emergency response to toxic chemical leaks in hazardous material warehouses**, and injured personnel rescue operations. A total of 9 teams with 54 participants, all from frontline production roles, took part in the competition. Despite heavy rain on the day of the event, the competitors remained composed, followed standardized procedures, and demonstrated excellent teamwork. During the competition, team members swiftly donned chemical protective suits and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), accurately completed tasks such as hose connection and target shooting, and performed CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) as required. The event was conducted in a race-against-the-clock format, with referees recording completion times. In the end, 6 teams were awarded first, second, and third prizes.
